3. Order Processing

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Opened hair care products (for hygiene reasons)

The arbitration shall take place in Singapore and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
