Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased from ChérieSpark within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made hair accessories
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened hair tools and styling products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order details
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package your item securely and include all original packaging materials
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs and customs fees
- Ensuring the package is properly labeled for customs
- Any potential import taxes or duties that may apply
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used hair tools or styling products
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
